OnSite Subscription

OnSite is sold as a subscription service and can be paid monthly ( $200/month ) or yearly ( $2400/year ). This includes all modules, email support and upgrades.

Getting Started

Once subscribed It normally take less than 24 hours for your service to be fully operational. You can then immediately start adding users to your account. New users will receive an email notifying them of their new login and password. New users can login and change their password. It is important to configure each user with the correct priveleges and notifications. User Profiles aid in this process. User Profiles allow you to configure settings for various user groups and then apply the profile to multiple users within that group. This saves the tedious task of setting a multitude of settings for each individual user. So it is important to decide upon user groups for common users.

There are number of settings that need to be configured to set your system for your requirements. You will find these settings in the Settings module in the drop down menu under your name in the top corner of the page. Intially you need to set your Work Groups - Master and Sub. Then setup the various types under the Module Options menu item. We will take you through these settings in our orientation webinar upon your signup.

Advanced Training

Advanced Training is available at your site for nominal fee + expenses. Please contact us if you wish a quote for this option.
